Our values
Independence - Discourages ongoing dependence on giveaways, loans, or cash handouts, except for immediate short-term disaster relief. Instead, we support empowering the farmers by teaching them how to use their resources to overcome poverty.
Hard work - We value hard work as the key to success.
Alleviating poverty - A genuine commitment to helping farmers, guided by the teachings of Isaiah 58, with a focus on training and practical help.
Reliability - Building trust by consistently doing what we say we will.
Servant Leadership - We join farmers right in their fields, rolling up our sleeves to work alongside them. Viewing farmers as our own, we serve them with humility.
